New Member.
My name is Johnathan and I want to say hello to everyone. I’m a new member to the Corvette Forum but not new to the site. I have always came to this site when looking for answers and ideas for my 1999 c5. I have to say this site has been a great asset when seeking knowledge about anything I needed to know about my c5. I have always been a Chevy fan for as long as I can remember, favoring the v body’s. The Corvette has been a dream car of mine sense a youngster and I had to own one some point in my life. I purchased my stock 1999 c5 corvette coupe in torch red back in 2007 and I don’t see myself ever selling it NOWAY!!! I have totally fell in love with this car and cant keep my time away from it. m not driving it, I’m upgrading it or learning more about it. I have done some aftermarket work to it including: The Chrome CCW 505’s, Baer EradiSpeed rotor package (not shown in pic), GM Z06 Red Corvette brake calipers (not shown in pic. recent upgrades), Nitto INVO Tires, Dual Air Intake System, Tented windows, Blackout tail lights and reverse lights kit. Chrome Corvette lettering on the back. For the the stereo system I replaced the Bose system with Clarion DVD /CD player in the dash, Rockford Fosgate door and back panel speakers, Rockford Fosgate 1500watt amp mounted to back panel in trunk, Custom Corvette stealth sub box with two 500watt 10s installed. Additional Rockford Fosgate 100watt amp pushing the Clarion DVD/CD player and RF door and back speakers. Upgrading my Vette has been my biggest hobby sense 2007 and I’m continuing to upgrade. The pic’s I have uploaded are a bit older pics without the most recent upgrades but I will upload more pics very soon.
