Default Engine designation?
Hi, I'm not new to the forum, (I'm here for almost one whole week!), but I have a question about engine designation. Can anyone refer me to a resource that will explain what engines are what??? I see L-48, LT-1, etc, and I just get confused. It was easier when it was 327, 454, etc.

Thank you gang, those links helped me clear up some of my confusion. Now I need to STUDY more so I can recognize the engines when I look in the ads.
BTW, HAS ANYONE BOUGHT A CAR ON EBAY AND/OR AT A GREAT DISTANCE FROM HOME? How was the experience?
