Hello From Germany....
Hi Folks,
I've been reading through this forum for the past couple of weeks. I spent hours upon hours here that I didnt find time to introduce myself.
I am from Munich, Germany, and found my love to Corvettes from my college days in Northern California, where I friend of mine allowed me to drive his 1969. I actually never thought too much about buying one myself until I had a dream a few months ago of owning one. Ever since, my wife has been threating with divorce because I do nothing else than spend time on this forum, the German Corvette forum and various ebay and auto sites selling cars- and yes, I am going crazy!
So anyway, here I am looking for a Chrome Bumper....I was close to buying one recently, but have since learned that I need WAAAAY more time to find my perfect ride.

and yes, I am really considering the USA option.....favorabile in terms of currency, but I would have to buy the "cat in the sack", because I have absolutely no time to fly over. There are a few cars I already have in mind, but not sure yet.........in Germany, there are not too many options at the moment. Mostly non-chrome cars which are for sale.
