howdy
I finally started working on my '77 Corvette, and figured I'd find a place to hangout. She's in rough shape, but the engine runs strong, transmission shifts well and the brakes are great. Only major things to do before she's road worthy is welding in new floorpans and redoing the steering.
Here's some pics:

Here's some of the missing floorpan:

My not-so-daily driver (I either bike or take the T to work) is a '93 Mazda MX-6 LS. I bought her almost 5 years ago with a shot motor, since I had one from my old Probe. So a quick motor/trans swap later and she runs like new at 189,000 miles. Here's a pic of that car:

I run a blog for my vette here: http://77-stingray.com and my mazda here: http://ashleyhilldesign.com/macy/
Plans for the car in the short term...replace the steering components (almost all of them), get new floorpans welded, cover it for the winter. Since the car is at my parent's house in CT, I don't have much time to work on it. But in the spring I'll probably leave the Mazda down there and take the Vette up here, unless we buy a house soon.
In real life I work tech support for a software company, and also have my own graphic design business.
