I am obviously a new member to the forum, and I have to say this has to be one of the most informative forums I have ever seen.
I'll try to make a long story short: I am purchasing a 2011 GS from a friend who is looking to purchase a CTS-V this spring; and that may seem like long time from now but I honestly can't wait to own a Corvette the car I've wanted since I heard a well prepared C5 Z06 at Watkins Glen sometime in April 2006.
I currently drive a BMW 330i which is a car I bought after a divorce and has been s great car to get me to work etc... Prior to that I had a prepared WRX STi that was used exclusively for track days.
So now after a few years of getting life back together and a lot of cravings of track time and R compounds smells I am here doing my homework hoping to get a baseline idea for how I will want to proceed with the Corvette when I get hold of it. ()
