Hi All!
Thought I would introduce myself. My name is Vince and in May (for my upcoming 50th in July) I purchased my new 2011 LT1 with LS3 and whats that? 3 peddles on the floor! Cyber Grey Metallic with chrome 5 spoke wheels which I beleive were a trade out from a car that was a year or so older. I did not really want chrome wheels but for the price I got the car I could not whine too long about it.
My first NEW Corvette but not my first. I had a 91 L98 before but when the boys got old enough to drive I really could not afford, nor did I want to afford, the insurance. Everyone is out of the house with families of their own so the wife and I decided it was time to replace my toy.
So without further fanfair, I introduce CyberBullet. Hopefully there will be alot more pics as we grow older together. The pics are of her when I brought her home. She has only 1900 miles so far but lets just say they are not all "babied" miles.
She is considered a stripped down model but this is what I wanted. Kind of old school. Body, engine and trans is all we needed when I was a teen.
Funny thing, when I was looking for my new C6, NOBODY stocked any with a 6 speed manual. The dealer I purchased from had to go out of town to get it. All of the dealers said I should buy a new loaded Camaro for less $. I like the new Camaro but it just wold not have been the same.

I bought a 2009 Cyber Gray 1LT coupe two weeks ago and I am still grinning. Also got my first stick shift in 32 years. Lovin' it. Pic's in my gallery. (I think; not good with new Mac at home.)
