I'm a new member here as I don't yet have the car but am finishing up my search/purchase process for a C6 Z06. This site has been a great source of info already, looking forward to many more searches and questions as my experience as a Z06 owner grows.
Quick question that I haven't seen an answer for yet. The C5 cars need a Column Lock Simulator to prevent a problem with the steering column locking. Is this not an issue with a C6??

Welcome to the Forum!!!! 
Only the '05 C6's with manual transmissions had the old column lock and obviously the related issues. Since you're interested in a C6 Z and they didn't come out 'till '06 you don't need to worry about it, they didn't have the lock. Good luck with your purchase. Enjoy the Forums.
