Howdy Folks,

I've been lurking here for a couple of weeks, so I thought I should introduce myself. My name's Craig, and I just bought my first Corvette. I traded in my happy, little red Smart Car for a snarling black '04 Z06, the official pace car of my mid-life crisis. I feel like such a cliche. But I LOVE this car! Wow ... I'm still trying to calibrate myself to the skinny pedal. On one hand this has been a dream for so long that I'm having a hard time believing it's real, and on the other I find myself wondering why I waited so long.

HA! Yeah ... great little car, TREMENDOUS amount of fun to drive, but ultimately I decided I wanted something a bit more ... visceral.
