My name is Paul and I bought a 1993 Corvette to replace a 1995 Honda Civic and a 1988 Porsche 924S, both of which are for sale to finance more maintenance on the Corvette.
Friday I tackled replacing the battery and battery terminals and Saturday I tackled replacing the radiator and thermostat. Saturday night I, or rather other Corvette owners, tackled a dry cluth resevior which I would have never found on my own.
This weekend I will tackle changing the oil and the spark plugs (wires maybe, I bought the Moroso 8mm) along with moving the washer and dryer to the second floor to make happy the one who "let" me get the Corvette.
I have found information here very helpful but one bit of advise I might offer, when removing the 7mm (9/32) screws from the cowling DO NOT use a screw driver to pry the clips off. From underneath it really isn't hard to get them out, but if you break one of the clips you'll spend as much time %$#@&^ with your error as you will with the other 5.

Congrats and welcome to the forum. I came from a somewhat similar car situation a couple years ago I had both a 2003 mitsubishi galant and an 86 porsche 944. I sold the porsche then later traded the galant for the vette about 6 months ago. The corvette is so much better it's literally like both those cars rolled into 1 times 2. It has the sporty feel and fun factor of the porsche but with way more power and the refiness and smoothness of the galant.
welcome Paul!! i have a Porsche 944 in addition to my Vette. sorry to hear that you had to sell the 924 S to fund the Vette. i'm sure it feels like a good trade though!
