Hi,
I am Sean and I recently purchased my first (of many) corvette. It is a 1993 40th anniversary edition and I love the ruby color and all the 40th emblems, I plan on buying mats/plates and pretty much a lot of ruby and 40th style stuff for the interior. its all original expect for the radio which I want to put a OEM Bose back in it. I love the fourm got some tips on how to check for error codes and how to remove the top so far.
So far I have one picture, I think if you check my garage it will show it. I put in some of the details in there, like the horrible mpg I get city driving in the bay area. I am in the process of putting in some mats/plates/emblems from mid america so once the interior is done I will add more pictures. mid america is also now my favorite website
Right now just under 96000, when i bought it, 95400. I drive it daily and cant resist the urge to go out after work and just drive around. Torn between not wanting to put a lot of miles on it, specially when I need new plugs at 100k and wanting to drive all the time for fun
Since I am new I thought I would ask, is there a part of the forum that would have details about a good place to race (for fun) or do some time trials, test out the engine and get it up to speed. I live in the bay area and was thinking of hitting some of the freeways at night but want to avoid a big ticket. I am really looking to do some friendly races just to open up the engine and see how it handles at 100+
great looking Rubyred.... The color is one of my favorites. When I had mine I had my 72 El Camino painted to match.
Enjoy the car, the C4 is a great corvette.
