Hello Corvette Forum. I am Carl from NH soon Carl from Florida.
Wanted to introduce myself.
When I move to Florida I plan on buying a C4 Convertible.
I am hoping to gather some advise from this group for my purchase.
I love the look of the 87 - 90 and plan to get something in that range.
I have heard of a lot of gremlins that generation has but the price and look of these attracts me. I love that you open the hood like a tilt front end and get to look at the 5.7 in all it's glory. the large tires right there with A arms hanging right out. It's a really cool look in my opinion.
So, please let me know your thoughts and how to pick a good vs. lemon. Also hoping to get a 6 speed but there are so many auto's out there.
