Model differences
This question has me confused,is a 427 the same as the ZR1?If it is different I would appreciate some info including price,options etc. I was once told by a wise old man that it`s not a stupid question if you don`t know the answer!Yours truly,batpig.

427 Vert Collector Edition combined Z06 elements, not ZR1.
Same 505HP LS7 w/dry sump but installed on the Vert steel frame structure. Package does include ZR1 style rear spoiler. ZR1 wheels are optional. All share the F55 Magnetic Ride Control with Z06 & ZR1. ZR1 is the LS9 @ a whopping 638HP.
I'm pretty sure U can get the A6 paddle shift/automatic with the 427. Not so w/Z06.

Thanks for speedy replies to my query and also for the warm welcomes! Right now I own an 06 coupe and am just learning the protocols for the forum. Of course I would like a 427 or ZR1,it`s just a small matter of paying for them.http://forums.corvetteforum.com/imag.../Cdnsmilie.gif
