Hi, I'm just an old Vette fan looking to learn about the old 265-327 engines. I have an old car I'd love to swap a vintage Vette engine into, just to enjoy the sound!

Wow. A 265 Vette eng would be a hard find. Only made em 2 yrs. And even a 283 or 327 belonging in a Vette could cost you. I had a Chevelle solid lifter eng in one of my SWC's. That thing sounded bad and ran like hell.

Go for any solid lifter for the sound affects
