New C4
New to the forums. I just purchased a black 96 C4, 118K miles. I've wanted a Vette for a while, finally decided to pull the trigger.
Naturally, I am just a little excited and a little nervous. I need to do some interior work, mainly seat covers and some carpet could use replaced. The outside is in excellent shape, and mechanically she seems pretty good. Any recommendations of places for service in the Bay area (Dublin) would be appreciated; I'm sure something will come up.
Looking forward to hanging around.

Thanks. I'll check them out.
I think I will probably replace the weatherstripping soon, it is fairly worn. It is still okay, but starting to wear. I'd rather not let it get to the point of leaking. Beyond that and some if the interior coverings it should be good to go; had it out on the highway for about 80 miles today. Seems pretty sound mechanically.
I told my wife almost 18 years ago I was going to get one; I'm still a bit in shock that I actually pulled the trigger.
