My name is Scott. I am a 47 yr old truck mechanic living in central Maine. I enjoy repairing old machines of all kinds and like buying broken stuff when the price is right and I have the time. I have a background in frame and axle straightening on commercial trucks so light collision doesnt scare me. I have several off road machines I have rebuilt --2 snowmobiles and 2 ATVs. I find good quality used and new replacement parts online. Places like ebay and craigslist. I recently bought a 79 Vette that had been in storage since it was wrecked back in 98. Missing LF fender. Florida car. Solid frame. Ratty interior. Engine runs strong. 56k on odometer. Found a front clip in Massachusetts and have begun winter project. Your forum is very nice to find.
