1975 corvette stingray
hi
im new here and i thought id get straight to the point,
im from Australia and there are not many vetts here
im looking to buy a low condition or salvage 1975 stingray for a restore project.
iv had quite alot of trouble trying to track any down in australia and am wondering if i will have to buy from the us,get it shipped here and hope for the best and that its not a total wreck.
can anyone help me out ?

You can start by checking and monitoring the classified ads in Auto Trader Classics: http://www.autotraderclassics.com/fi...ationId=461105
There are companies who will, for a hefty fee, search for "barn cars" for you and then arrange for shipping (ex): http://www.nevadaclassics.com/services.htm
If I were you I'd bite the bullet and pay up for a partially restored 1975. Don't worry, if it is a 1975 you will have plenty of work to do for as long as you own the car no matter the level of prior restoration.
