Hello from Wisconsin! My name is Dean, I just turned "50" back in December so for the last 6 months I have been searching for a life long dream car, I found it and bought it Friday night! I had located a very clean 6spd 2005 silver convertible with 39,000 miles on it, pretty much loaded, including the power top, HUD and Z51 package. I started inquiring and discussing this car with the dealer, about an hour from my home, for about 30 days and after extensive searching on the internet I decided this just might be the one! Friday night my wife and I headed to the dealer and finally inspected it in person, within five minutes I signed the papers and we had to head out! Ironically, on Saturday, there was a Radar Run that I entered my snowmobile in about 5 miles from the dealer so I went back with a friend and spent about 45 minutes with a different sales rep than the one I purchased it thru, he was fantastic and extremely helpful! With the weather here in Wisconsin I will not be bringing it home until the end of March, for now I will be shopping for some treats for it!

Searching the net for treats for this thing is already like jumping into a BIG BLACK HOLE, I'm having a blast already and the car is at the dealer yet!
Soon I will be asking for a lot of advice, obviously all the answers I need are at my finger tips on this forum!
