Hi...I used to own a fully restored 1969 Chevrolet C/10 but sold it to pursue my dream car, a C3 (1968-1982) corvette...well this past weekend I found exactly what I was looking for!
It is a 1972 matching #'s corvette, with the rare 350 LT1, Muncie 4-speed, and 4.11 gears. It has a bronze exterior & tan interior with the chrome bumpers, a big block hood, rally rims, & a rebuilt drivetrain putting out about 400HP & 400 lb/ft.
There were only 1741 of these made outta the total 27,004 corvettes back in 1972. And the VIN # indicates it truely is a 350 LT1 with the 5th letter indicated by a "L". I purchased it from a collector in Alberta, who was the 3rd owner. He purchsed it from another collector in the USA a few years ago.
It has some minor imperfections but is still a nice car! Not to mention everything I was looking for at a pretty decent price. I took these pictures of the vehicle after looking at it & working out a deal on it.
