Hi Everyone
Hi everyone my names Jon. I just bought my 1978 Corvette this morning, 4-23-2013. They wanted 3488.00 for it and sold it to me for 3000.00 cash. Im hoping I did pretty good on the deal. The only things I know are wrong with it are the brakes which are being fixed this weekend, the headlights wouldnt come up when the guy turned them on, one of the turn signal lights is missing and it needs door locks. Other than that it cranks as soon as you start it and the odometer says 96,213 miles on it. The guy also said all the emblems are in the glove box. Im very excited because this is my first Corvette!!! I was also told this is a 1978 Corvette Stingray with a 350V8 and 400 Transmission. Any help with verifications and restoring ideas would be greatly appreciated.
