Im a little late but ive been a huge vette fan and on the forum for a while just looking around. Ive loved the Bow Tie since growing up and always wanted one. Was stationed in Japan the Last 3 years and am finally back home in america and i just bought my first vette in January a 2005 . Finally got to drive her in April when i first got home and then in May i drove across america to Fort Drum, New York to my new duty station. All i have to say to all the vette owns i seen on my travels and you waived hi i thank you. It made me feel welcomed into the community. Being in Japan and seeing how arrogant and annoying people are in the JDM side i thought i would see the same but everyone is so friendly and professional. Glad to be back in america and hope to learn alot more on what i do know.
Welcome. Lived in Watertown while my father was stationed at Drum in the mid 60s. Be prepared to garage the vette for 4 or 5 winter months. Snow gets piled up 6 or more feet tall at intersections. Other than that it was a nice place to live.
