Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself. I have a 1969 convertible that i have owned since 1984. I recently got it back from Coast Corvette out in CA where it had been in a 10 year project.
The car is awesome with its 427 tripower built to ZL1 specs, although it is obviously not a ZL1. I did other things like put in a Doug Nash six speed, upgraded the disc brakes, polyeurothane bushings, fat swaybars in the front and back, and much more.
My old man bought his Vette brand new in 1960. He took a bus up to the factory to pick it up and drive it home. When I was a kid I used to sit on his lap and steer. It was a blast and I have been hooked on Vettes ever since.

Hello and welcome to the Forum from NE Ohio. Congrats on completing your '69 project. Sounds like a great looking Vette and can't wait to see some pics.

Welcome to CF. I am new as well and both have 69 convertible 427's. We obviously need to post pictures. I just signed on, haven't figured out how to do that yet.
