Update from newbe.

Got my hands on a 2002 coupe-black-70k miles for 17k. clear carfax which shows all maint done on time and well taken care of. Very happy! no codes on the DIC, that was the first thing i checked(before and when i got home) Thanks to the forum for the tutorial on code checking.Came fully loaded and driving great. Let the MOD list begin! As soon as i get a flicker acct. i will post picks (per the new guy mandate). This is my first corvette,longtime buddy has a C4 which got me interested if the first place. Now i have my own. Wife is already asking when she can drive!Response had somthing to do with Pigs and wings.

Looks like zip-corvette.com has service manual but not cheap. (ITEM NUMBER: B-672). If you Google "Corvette C5 2002 service manual" you might be able to find it elsewhere for less.
