Almost a new owner!!
Hi Everyone!
I'm (hopefully) about a week away from joining your ranks as corvette owners! Very excited to join such a supportive and enthusiastic automotive community. I've been browsing the forum for a few months and figured, well, now is the time to register!
I'm not sure where the best place to post this is, but I'm closely approaching a potential 2008 JSB M6 purchase from an independent dealer and want to cover all my bases beforehand. I'm going to take it to a forum-member endorsed mechanic (Steve LuVisi in Huntington Beach, CA) in the next few days for inspection, but is there anything I personally should look out for in C6's showing it's been driven hard before? It's only got 30,500 miles, so I don't know if that's indicative of a racer, driver, or cruiser for a 5 year old car.
Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated, and I'm glad to be starting my time in the community!
