I'm now drinking the cool-aid. I bought my first Corvette a couple weeks ago and in searching for answers I keep landing in this forum so I thought I better sign-up.
I have owned a not of Camaro Z-28's in my life but this is my first Vette. I always wanted one and I found the car I was looking for after about a year of looking. The car is about 90% restored but still has a lot left to do.
It's a factory AC car and the air doesn't work so I'll have to get that worked out. The steering has a lot of play so I'll need to rebuild the front end. Weatherstripping needs to be replaced. Clock doesn't work. Horn doesn't work. Lots of trim pieces could use some tender loving care. Need to detail the engine and engine bay. Yada, yada....
I spent last weekend redoing the brakes. It now has new calipers and rotors on all four corners
