Freezing in my C4!

Default Freezing in my C4!
I have an all original 1990 C4 in excellent condition...just recently converted the AC to the new stuff...my problem is the AC/Heater buttons don't always work...AC on full all the time...I can't get the fan buttons, temp control buttons or any of the AC/Heat buttons to work...is this a huge project or does someone out there have any easy fix?
