Hey all!! My name is Rodney. I'm in Ohio. I've got my eyes on a 1978 Vette that I am thinking of getting. It was part of an estate and the person has to go through probate to get the title. I could buy it as a parts car but I don't own one so I'm going to wait it out until he gets the title. It is complete and someone had started bodywork on it. So it's been sitting in a garage for a while. It starts and runs and will need some brake work done so it will have to be trailered home. Are there any trouble areas I should look for on this year of Vette?

Went to look at the Vette today. The car is super solid!! The Gentleman bought this car for his son back in 1990. His son started to strip the paint to have it redone. He became ill and could not finish the car. He passed on and the father does not know what his son did with the title. So he has to do whatever he has to do to get the title and when he does IT'S MINE!!!!!

Well guys the gentleman decided to let his grandson take the car on the day I was to pay for it. But I got an even better one with title and prepped for paint. 44,000 original miles.
