Newbie here
Bought a 2013 Torch Red Grand Sport on July 30. Have wanted a Vette since 1955, when, as a 6 year old, I saw a white 1954 Blue Flame-powered Vette at the dealership where my dad was shopping for a new car. During that 57-year wait, I owned, among other cars, a 1996 Pontiac Firebird Formula WS6 (LT1), a 1996 Miata, a 2002 Firebird Firehawk (LS1), a 2007 Miata, and a 2009 Pontiac Solstice GXP Turbo. But nothing drives like this new Corvette!
I live outside of Raleigh NC, am retired from a university career in marine science, and play in a very popular reggae/rockabilly/R&B band.
