New guy with 2008 vette
How goes it. Just picked me up a crystal red metallic 2008 corvette M6. Car has 34k miles with American racing headers, kn cai, and dynomax mufflers with stock tips. Saving up for a corsa sport and possibly a different cool air intake. Absolutely love the car. Used to own a cammed 2005 gto so really appreciate an LS based car. Car is no slouch, it pulls and keeps pulling. I've got gobs of questions but will probably search around and/or ask on the different forums here. I live in Houston by the way.

Welcome my former Goat brother, same here! I still have my 05IBM and the Vette rules! Sounds like you got a heck of a value with all of those mods on your new Vette! Big fan of the Corsa sport sound! Congratulations on the new purchase and welcome aboard!

Yup looove the corsa exhausts. I had never heard of extreme before so am considering that one too. Wow must be nice having a goat and a vette. Little brother big brother type deal.
Although i got lucky with the bolt ons, I had to buy all new tires. Nitto Invos all around, was able to fit 305s in the back (love that). Also prior owner removed all speakers and amp. He left a really nice JL audio subwoofer that fits in the corner of the trunk perfectly. Yesterday had car toyz put a full system in. Sounds amazing. Also, front brace that holds up the radiator was another problem, it was cracked and was sagging really low. With parts and labor set me back 500 bucks. BUT i got a sweet deal on the car so i cant complain too too much.

That's simply amazing. Those manuals are definitely fun to drive especially with a vehicle that like. Congrats again! I know you'll continue to enjoy it.
