Default Hello

To be brutally honest, I've never really been much of a fan of Corvette. Some late '50s models were really cool, but everything else didn't really do it for me. Nothing from post-'50s Corvette ever really rocked my world.... until the C7 Stingray came along. Oh my God, what a beautiful looking car! They finally got rid of those ugly circular brake lights and put in ones that actually look great for a change. Kudos to Chevy.

So now I'm actually interested in possibly buying a C7 Z51 someday. I can't say when, but someday I'd like to have one. The other option for me and an alternate car I've been considering is the Subaru STi. Totally different car, worlds apart from the Stingray, but it's my alternate choice nonetheless.

I still have a ways to go before I'm ready to commit to a new car but I look forward to the future and what it will bring.

AH1H,

Welcome to the forum! It's great that you're considering a 'Vette someday. We can assist with that if needed and feel free to message us when you ever have questions.

The base C7 is and always will be 110% MORE of a car than a modded STI ever will. Another new member had an Audi or something like that, and modded it. He got a C6 and loves it more than the other car. Get the REAL car, and forget the kids car.
