Been reading some scary articles regarding waiting time for my 2014 corvette with the z51 performance package. I live on Long Island and I ordered it the 1st week of January 2014. My dealer promised me an 8 to 12 week wait but I've been reading wait times up to a year. I hope my dealer was'nt lying to me. I'm 54 and I am finally getting the car of my dreams. Does anybody have any idea if my dealer is correct or is he lying to me. I don,t want to get another car but I will most likely look at the Shelby before I wait anywhere near that long for a car.
