Hi guys!
Hi guys, I am here to research and talk about purchasing a 2014 Z51 Stingray. I currently have a 2012 5.0 Mustang and was thinking about either twin turboing it with 1200 hp, or buying a 2013-14 GT500....but I know that neither of those will be an automobile of the same caliber as a Corvette. So, I am seriously thinking of ordering a C7 Z51 pack Vette. I would have to trade my Mustang in to purchase any other vehicle.
The only thing I fear is that at my age, 19 the insurance will be very high. Also, I would only have the car for a few days then ship it off to San Antonio to stay at my parents house in their driveway. I cannot keep a nice car here in Odessa. This is no place to have a nice car, tear it up quickly.
I am not trolling, I am really 19 and really am blessed to be able to even be considering purchasing this type of vehicle.
My spec for my Vette if I buy one are:
2014 Corvette Stingray Coupe 3LT with Z51 Performance Package
Torch Red
Kalahari, Perforated Napa leather seating surfaces
19" Z51 5-split spoke Black aluminum wheels (20" rear wheels) $495
6.2L V8 DI engine
7-speed manual transmission
Battery Protection Package $100
Magnetic Selective Ride Control™ $1,795
Yellow-painted brake calipers $595
Performance exhaust $1,195
Competition Sport bucket seats $1,995
Sueded Microfiber-Wrapped Upper Interior Trim Package $995
Carbon fiber interior trim $995
Wheel center caps with Stingray™ logo, $210
Carbon Fiber Dual Roof Package $2,995
Carbon Flash-painted rear spoiler and outside mirrors $100
Cargo shade, $120
Underhood Liner. $255
Outdoor vehicle cover, Gray, $425

Glad to hear that you're interested in a C7. Great choice! Feel free to contact us privately if you have any additional questions about the vehicle .
