New C5 owner.
I purchased my 99 (M6, mostly stock) in 2012 and its been great with the exception of a few minor problems which seem to be pretty common from what I've read (oil pressure sending unit has failed, climate control went dim, turn signal shortage, etc). I've found threads on here explaining how to repair those things, so I'm not too worried.
The one thing I can't seem to locate is a replacement key fob case or just the rubber buttons. I've looked on ebay and they have plenty of them available for 2001+ models, but the only thing I could find for 97-00 models is the whole unit which is expensive. Mine still works fine but the buttons are worn out. Has anyone found some place that sells just the buttons or casing for these 97-00 key fobs?
Anyway, other than that I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. I've owned a few LS powered vehicles over the years. All 99 models and all red. Here's a few pics:

Thanks again for the warm welcome. 
I really like my C5, but I have to admit.. lately I have a bad case of C7 envy. Passed one in Atlanta a couple of weeks ago and they just look amazing. I can even live with the taillights.
So far we've owned two Vette's (wife had an 82 model).. If I ever get the extra cash I'll own a C7 next.

Welcome! Love your C5! I have a '98 Vert Torch Red / Black interior ... I LOVE my C5! I agree the C7 is one hell of a machine, but my heart is very content with my Dream Car. Enjoy and again welcome.

I remember when I saw a C5 for the first time back in late 97 or so. I thought to myself, "I gotta have one of those!".. Still love the C5. If I had the money I'd own at least one from every generation.
