Finally!!
Looked at 'Vettes when I was a student @ SIU ('67's were in the showroom). Almost purchased a used '58 in '74-75 from Malcolm Konner when I was a Chevy field rep (poor condition for $1800, but had no $$$-my wife has asked several times over the years "how much would that car be worth now?")
Even found myself attached to the Corvette Brand Quality team with GM 2005-7.
But finally, FINALLY I can call myself a Corvette owner...of an '06 Victory Red 6-speed w/49K. About damn time! Only took 47 years!
