The new C7 is a magnificent car. I have never subscribed to the complaints others have had about the C5 or the C6 interiors. I have owned both and always been very happy. However, the C7 really knocks it out of the park.
The interior is very nicely done and the technology in the car is very impressive. Not only does this model have heated seats, but also fans in the seats for the warmer days. The controls are very intuitive. While I did read the owner's manual, I found I was able to navigate my way through the controls and figured out how to use them quickly.

Other impressive improvements are the traction control and the stability control. My C5 and C6 would "lock" me out if I spun the rear tires or slid in a turn. The new setup corrects the issue but does not take control away from me all together.

Then there is the heart warming sound emanating from the rear of the vehicle. From the second you start the car a very deep roar can be heard echoing through the garage. The deep, raspy roar heard when accelerating will have you hitting the redline every time and the gurggling sound when decelerating is also music to my ears. The throttle response when blipping is quick and precise. For those of us that know how to blip, you might not want to use the ARM feature. No reason to take away from the excitement.

The handling is very crisp and precise. The first couple of turns will surprise you, even if you have been driving Vettes for years. You will swear you are riding on rails. The car just sticks and goes exactly where you point it. Acceleration is very impressive. I took a friend for a ride and his response was " I have got to get one of these". He owns a C6.

The stereo sounds great and there are numerous sources to chose from. You can tune in AM, FM, XM, listen to the tracks on your smart phone via Bluetooth or your favorite Pandora Radio Station. If all of that does not please you, there is a SD card slot. Don't forget the USB outlets for charging your devices. The bass is very impressive and the highs and mid-range is crisp and clear. Do you live in a state with a hands free law, no problem. Calls are routed through the stereo speakers. You can even look up a number in your contacts list through the steering wheel controls. I was able to have a conversation with the top off while driving.

The exterior styling of the car almost keeps you out of it. I have had the car for a month now and I still giggle as I walk up to it. I have received numerous compliments, everyone seems to like it. I have seen a few people taking pictures of it.

I will enjoy every single mile I put on it. I do kind of miss my C6 that I traded in but, I also look forward to the next version of this awesome vehicle. I can't imagine how Chevy will improve upon this one.
