Just turned 21 and wanted to buy myself a birthday present. Traded in my 2008 Navigator for my first Corvette, a black C6 ls2 convertible with replica z06 black wheels.
Unfortunately the stock radio cd player didn't work, so i am in the process of replacing it. Already ordered everything from crutch field.
Hope to have this c6 at Lethal pretty soon (after i buy a cai and some headers) for a tune and who knows after that. Don't want to get too addicted.
Also looking to meet some local corvette owners, already met a few but the more the merrier

Welcome and congrats on your C6. How's the driving experience been?
Too late, just by having bought the Vette….you are now forever diagnosed with Corvette Fever. Once you get just one, you will want more. It is part of your destiny now. Congrats from a fellow Texan. I am 22, and I have owned C1s,C2s,C3s,C5s. I still have my 72. I would recommend you find somebody who is into late model Vettes and get them to show how to handle the performance. I know a lot of people locally who have wrecked their Vettes as a result of not knowing how to handle the power like they thought they did after just getting their first Vette.
