Hi All,
It's ShakinJ from Milwaukee here.
I have an uncle that ordered a '69 convertible new in '69 that I've drooled over as long as I can remember. He has recently fallen ill and has begun to tie up the loose ends in his life. One of those loose ends is the car, and he's told me that if I'm interested in the car I can have it. Of course I'm interested in the car!!! It's been a dream of mine since I was a little boy. I've always been interested in the Corvette, but never had the means to acquire one, and now it's happening! It's a project car that's been sitting for the better part of the last 40 years so I've got my work cut out for me. I think I'm starting in a good place though... 1 owner, 46k original miles, both tops, and has been sitting inside a garage since probably the mid to late 70's.
I'm looking forward to participating on the forms. I'll be the one asking all the questions!
But hopefully one day I'll be able to contribute with some knowledge and experience in the C3 section.
And I'll just put it out here right now, thanks to any and all who offer opinions and advice, all us vette noobs really appreciate it!
