Default Seriously... amazing car!

Hey guys, so I switched from Japanese to American and wow... what a difference. I was previously running a 92' Toyota MR2 modded w/ a V6 Supercharged. It was fun but was definitely a money pit. I guess hitting 30 made me want a big boy toy. Sold that a few months ago and just picked up a 07' C6 (manual trans of course). She's the new love of my life! I'm looking forward to all of the advise and inspiration out there on the forum.

Congratulations on switching over from the dark side, for the money,a Corvette is always the best bang for the buck. I know you liked the MR2, and lets face it…they are not bad looking cars (when built nicely)…but they will never be a Vette. You will miss the MR2, but you will be more glad you got a C6.

Any pictures? What are the specs of it other than a manual?

Best of luck!

Thanks Brandon(I'm assuming that's your name) you couldn't have said it any better "it will never be a vette" I'm not completely up to par on all of the specs but I do know it's a base model. It's got the Targa top, nav, heated seats, and hud. I'll upload some pix soon. Which vette do you have?

I have had pretty much every generation except for a C6 or a C7. I have driven a C6 Z06 and I have sat in a C7.

Of all of the Vettes that I have had, the only Vette I have left (for the moment) is my 1972 Ontario Orange Stingray with Saddle interior. It has a 350 with a 4 speed manual.

The car just got back from paint Saturday, here are a few pictures of it.
