I just wanted to introduce myself to the forum. I'm a quality assurance specialist here in Bloomington, MN. 1 week ago I just bought my first corvette! I had done carb work on a friend's Porsche 914 and he was getting a new vintage 911 and needed room so he sold me his white 85 with the greenwood body kit for a good price I'm already signed up to do my second-ever autocross already!
Hope to get info on getting the radiator fan to turn on at a lower temp and some other efficiency-boosting things. From going through the forums the last several days, I'm sure this is the right place for me. Glad to come aboard!

Welcome to the forum. I'm only a few miles N of you in Medina. If possible, plan on being at Village Chev in Minnetonka on June 1 for the 28th Annual ALL CORVETTE car show. The Link is here. http://www.villagechev.com/?http://w...tastic2014.pdf
Also - Post a pic of the car.
Thanks! Last weekend we detail cleaned it and flushed the brake system. This weekend it gets new wires and cap/rotor and new window dust seal on the driver's door. The following week it gets a Curt hitch, coolant flush with a CC 185-200 fan switch and 180 thermo stat. Hope to have it all done for a trip north on Memorial Day weekend!
After that, I'm still deciding on whose poly bushing to use, some tires, and an alignment. That should be it for this summer. The rest just pleasure cruising and a few autocross events. I'm excited!
