I just took delivery of my very first Corvette- a 2001 Pewter convertible, 6-speed manual equipped. I've been lurking here, absorbing information as much as possible before making my purchase. So far, great!
Although I'm new to Corvettes, I'm not new to sports cars- I was a long-time NA Miata owner, just recently sold it and my 2004 Jeep TJ to make room for making my long-time goal a reality.
I look forward to learning much more about my Corvette through the vast storehouse of knowledge and experience that is here.

Not as nice or as new as yours, but I really enjoy it. It's my dd, got it with 66k on it, '87. Have been "bringing it back" the whole time - pictures in my profile. I miss you Treasure Coast guys, what a great club! Thanks for the compliment, I am having a great time with her. I'm sure I'll miss my NA from time to time, but I WANTED a Corvette.
My bride and I plan on heading down SFLA way late this summer, I'd love to see you all again!

Or just let him know directly, he is still over on the other forum as well. I still occasionally wander over there too. Just so you know, our "new cars" are still welcome in the club!
