Hello everyone. I just purchased my first car over the internet...yikes!!! I previously owned an 07 C6 but sold it several years ago to a friend with only 3500 miles on it. I've always been attracted to the pre-70 vettes so I happened to discover this one on the internet. This vehicle was extremely well cared for (I am a maintenance nut) and I would classify it as a high end driver. It has the original engine and trans with a completely original interior with a soft and hard top. I haven't taken delivery yet because the seller is reinstalling the original radio.
Thank God for support groups like this. I am in the process of educating myself on this breed of Corvette. I will most certainly have more questions in the future.
I told my wife that I needed to purchase this vehicle so that I would not forget our 50th wedding anniversary in 2019. It worked.
