Hi! I found out about corvette forum through a gentleman(sorry I forgot his name) out of Kentucky who owned a beautiful 2002 yellow corvette. As I spoke to him, I mentioned to him that he was driving my dream car. We talked for about 20 minutes in the service station parking lot and it was then he told me about corvette forum. I've been in love with corvettes since I first saw one at the age of 12. It is the most beautiful car in the world to me. The gentleman told me to go online to ask my questions about ownership. I am looking to purchase a clean used corvette any model from 1997-2004. I just love the "old school" look on that car. I've been looking on-line for a good deal because I don't make a whole lot of money, but it is time for me to have my dream car. I will be turning 50 years old in June and I'm currently trying to save up for it, believing in faith that I will own one by then. The gentleman also advised me to ask specifically about the models from 97-99. Basically I just want to know is there anything I need to know before purchasing a corvette. Any help will be appreciated.
