My first Corvette

I just purchased a 2007 black dream machine. So happy to be part of the club. I have been reading the C6 forum for weeks leading up to this purchase!

I get it all the time with my car, which is also black; a more difficult color to keep looking new.

I have 4 new 2014 Mercedes including an AMG convertible and never get asked about them either. They get some stares, but that is about it. No thumbs up or anything. They were all European Deliveries and the only time people ever really noticed was when I was in Europe.

However when I am in a Vette, it gets the attention. I get waves and thumbs up and priceless reactions when people see my '72.
