Hey yall,

Dave here. New member. I have two Corvettes, both are Texas cars transplanted to Ohio. One is a 2007 C6 Monterey Red Corvette Convertible Z51, with special order two-tone cashmere and black seats, bought new for my 50th BD. I drive it everywhere in good weather and I have about 40,000 miles on it.

The second is my favorite, a 1969 Corvette Stingray Convertible 427ci/400hp Tri-power, all original with 56,000 miles. Triple black, with factory side pipes, AC, no power steering, no power brakes, 4 speed M22 Muncie. I drive it once a week 20-30 miles in good weather. This one had its first restoration in 1992 and a refresh in 2011/2012. I am just getting around to putting the AC back in the car and need a little help with belt and pulley installation/configuration. I'll post in the technical section what I need help with.

I restored a 1972 Corvette Coupe w/T tops back in 2010/2011. It was a 454 big block, Automatic with power everything and AC. Not numbers matching but period correct. Had the 454 bumped to 500HP with a big cam and LS6 heads and intake. It took 9 months to complete, so if anyone has questions about that car I might be able to help. I Sold it over the internet to an Auto Broker in Paris, France who sold it to a customer in Germany. I miss that car.

Happy to be a new member of the Corvette forum. Happy to help in anyway I can.
