Hi Guys,
Shortly introduce myself, i'm Joris from the Netherlands 29 years old, and own a 99 C5 coupe Manual 6-speed navy blue since 6 months, my first Vette.
I drove Alfa Romeo's for 9 years but really wanted something completely different and RWD!
In the Netherlands the Vette is quite exclusive if you compare to Porsche, that makes the car really special to drive.
Love the V8 engine, its my first V8 but def not my last.
The car was all standard when i bought it, thats going to change.
I rather build then drive the car...
Last six months i refurbished a set of Hre 841r 19'' en 20'' wheels in Hyper silver. Got a Borla Stinger exhaust and some Koni fsd shocks.
Waiting for the new Wheel spacers at the back, that are slightly smaller.
Winter is coming so time to do the interior of the car!
The black seats, underside dash and door panels will be sprayed in Cognac to get some contrast.
Raid rivage airbag steering wheel, 2 Din Pioneer headunit and some small details will be fitted like C6 shifter ****.
In the future i would like to score the wide rear fenders!
Problem is the shipping costs to europe that makes everything quite expensive.
Because i also really like photography, i will post some pics from time to time.
Will be hanging around on this forum, so much knowledge, very good!
