New From Oregon
I just joined your great Forum. I've been reading posts for a while now and finally "Hope" that I have to time to read and learn more about Vettes. I've been a Corvette owner since 1974, my first purchase was a 1967 Convert - still miss that Car
Presently I own a '98 IPC Convert (mostly Stock) and a '87 Convert (Not at all Stock). I also have a very nice '56 Chevy 210 Coupe Powered with a LS1 and T56, nothing stock on this car either. My Daily driver and parts chaser car is a HHR Panel, been a great car..
I've restored a number of Vettes and other Chevy's, a wonderful tradition. Just a Hobby, I'm An Electronic Engineer by trade.
My current needs are tires for both Vettes, The '98 Run Flats are going to be History soon and the '87 has about 6k miles (since non stock resto in '99) and the Good Year Double Eagles GT's are great, but shot now -so old and hard - Need to drive Her more !!
The '56 and HHR have Double Eagle GT's and their great, But I'm leaning towards Nitto's for the Vettes - Both have over sized tires.
