Hi, I'm new to this forum. I have had two Corvettes in the past. A black 78 coupe and a red 81 coupe. (a whopping 190 horsepower lol) Last week i just ordered a 2015 Laguna Blue Z51 3LT The wait is going to be agonizing but then again I really don't want to get it until sometime in april due to our winters around here. Looking forward to reading all about this great car on here. Thanks, Craig
Thanks everyone! Congrats dahogan on your Bucks. Even though I'm a Mich.fan OSU made the Big Ten proud. You will have to bring your car up to the Woodward Dream Cruise this summer. Craig
Lacoven, I'm on the east side of the state in Brighton, Mich. I don't have the car yet but I'm getting really excited. I ordered it a couple of weeks ago. Its a Laguna Blue 3LT Z51. Craig
Yeah I went to the dealership today to sit in it I take delivery Monday can't wait. Are you going to get involved with corvette events and such in Michigan?
Lacoven, Wow! Getting it tomorrow eh? The weather looks good for tomorrow. To your question above, Yes we are planning on doing a lot of events this summer. They are running a corvette caravan from our dealer to the Detroit Grand Prix on Belle Isle to park in the infield memorial day weekend. They are having a Corvette day planned at the GM world headquarters in downtown Detroit, The caravan to Bowling Green, and of course the Woodward dream cruise in august. If you have never been to the dream cruise I suggest you go at least once. Look it up on line. Its the largest cruise in the world. Last years event drew 60,000 classic cars and around 1.5 million people. The route is 17 miles long through 7 citys. Its going to be a busy summer.lol
