buying my first corvette

Hi every one. I am looking for some guidance on what to expect to pay for a 2010 GS C6 3LT corvette with 33k miles? I would be purchasing it from a dealer as a certified preowned and one owner car. Is KBB a pretty accurate guide to the price ?? Thanks

FWIW a private seller where I live is asking thirty eight five for his Torch Red,two thousand ten, GS,3LT,M6 with twenty three thousand on the clock.
