Finally joined!
In 2006 I bought my first vette, a black 99 Coupe with 50k Miles. I was 20 years old and in heaven. I pretty much got bailed out by corvetteforum many times as stuff went wrong with the car, there was always a thread with detailed solutions for whatever went wrong with the car. I never really joined or posted, probably because whatever I needed was already answered.
I sold the car last September (2014) with 170k Miles. I regretted it tremendously about a week after, and started having serious corvette withdrawals. I battled my withdrawals for the next few months, constantly looking at vette's for sale trying to find the perfect one, even after I had decided I'd get another vette a few years down the line. Wellll...the withdrawals got the best of me and I just happened to stumble upon the exact car I wanted, a manual Victory Red C6 with two tone interior, HUD, and Z51 package, and 25k Miles.To boot, it's got dual-mode exhaust. It's being delivered from out of state next week. I hope I never go this long without a corvette ever again.
