BMW guy exploring something new!
Hi all,
I'm eagerly anticipating my first Corvette, a 2015 AW Z51 7MT 2LT with black/suede interior, mag shocks, trans roof, pdr, comp seats, cf trim, cf badges mirrors and spoiler, red calipers, and black wheels. Ordered from MacMulkin in NH because none of the dealers here in the Pacific NW were willing to offer anything close to their price. Local delivery likely sometime in April.
I've never seriously considered a Vette until this generation. I've always been a BMW guy, and most recently drove a 2007 Z4M Coupe, which I originally planned to replace with an M4. I loved the C7 when it was announced, and while I did waver a bit after finally test driving the M4, I'm now firmly convinced I made the right choice. The Stingray is just beautiful and exotic looking, and it's simply amazing to drive. And finally an interior that's equal to the competition. Nothing like it for the money. I was tempted to up my budget for a Z06, but decided it was better to work my way into things with the base car, and then upgrade later if I feel the need...
Anyway, look forward to hanging out here and even more to driving my new car!
