Howdy, from Spokane WA
) and up until last week, I was envious of anyone who had one. I always knew that someday, I would join the club too, and about 2 weeks ago, after some texting bimbo, center punched my beloved Eldorado, I decided that now, is the time to finally make the jump from wannabe, to owner.I spent a week trying to get as much info (mostly from this site, natch)as I can, to help determine my purchase. My love has always been for the C4, but I ended up with a C5, 99 FRC....and lemme tell ya, I'm effin diggin it!
A childhood dream, finally come true. I tell ya, the last few days before I was able to pick her up, (she was on the other side of the state) were absolute torture! Finally last Sunday, after what seemed to be an eternity, I had a Vette of my own! Here she is, here I am, and here we go!
First pic, is fresh from the test drive
2nd pic, Clean LS1 with 63k miles on the clock
3rd pic, parked at her new home!

Funny you mention that....I was fixin to head over to CDA, but opted to go North instead. I've never driven that side of the lake, but that will soon change! Thanks! She's got a couple battle scars from shipping, but that's minor. Only problems upon arriving was an O2 sensor that needed to be replaced, and the infamous belt chirp...both of which were taken care of. Other than that, she's in pretty good shape, for the shape she's in

Thanks for the welcome y'all, much appreciated!
